People have taken such a shallow and short term view and RR was probably never in play here, but people loose sight of the fact that over 142 companies have taken this offering up and there still is a Blue Chip deal on the table, that is yet to be announced!

IMO this will do well and I have posted a video on Twitter that will really open some people's eyes to what we are likely looking at here!

If people want their money to work for them they, they invest and the harder it works the less guaranteed it is until it gets. Atleast in this case it becomes more secure with each positive rns, but still don't invest more than you can afford.

Alans- In all regards this is. Start up fintech- however, if you look at the people associated and the big name companies associated with this little fintech- you will see that those in the know believe it's a good opportunity!
Crowe for me was a good signing and the will not risk their reputation on a minnow that probably at this point only represents an account worth a few million to them at this point. However, they can see the growth opportunities and the billing growth.

There is a lot of demand and a huge gap in the market for this type of service and the fact that Europe is heading into another lockdown will only increase the demand.

If people hold their shares and more people buy- the share price will go up!

Free float is the number of shares that are not in BOD, institutional investors, funds, nominee accts, ct that are not available to trade.
These tend to be very sticky shares!
So, your free float are the shares that are on the table to be traded such a pi's

The free float is very low and much much lower than most or even I thought.
It is deceptively low because you look at the large number of shares in issue, but forget that the BOD have a huge stake and then there are the ii's that also have a big chunk (remember this is main board not AIM).
As this is mainboard pension, hedge funds and sophisticated investors have bought and more will take an interest as this continues to de-risk

Folks just want to say don't get think that people the importance of this week's rms.SYME is not regulated from the point of view that they, SYME does not take deposits nor does it hold client money- But the captive bank and the other investor likely do.
For this above reason, imo- the funders would not do the final commitments until a recognized and reputable auditor who can keep up with the multi jurisdictional growth of SYME is in place.
Now that this is in place, the door is no open for these arrangements to be finalized.
I also suspect that this will come like a shot out of the dark and news will likely start and come thick and fast. So Don't get bored because this will move very quickly!

Do your own research and just look at yesterday's news and the global businesses that have partnered with SYME. So, my point is I think this will do very well with no need for clown pumping!

Here is a point that I have not seen mentioned (please forgive if it has), but I reckon that the auditors had to be in place before the investors would formally commit!
So, if this is the case, it would have to be a reputable audit company and this is why a top 10 firm was invited and selected.
Now, imo this paves the way for investor news and funds commitment!

Gt may of had a conflict of interest or simply felt that in order to best Serv this type of account, that it would be too costly and not enough meet for them.

It's my understanding that if he has nothing personally to gain or hasn't received a back hander he puts the company down! That's just my opinion because he is vicious with companies he doesn't like or has a short on again imo!

Ponky- those who find negative in a very positive rns are not investors and are either traders who sold and want a lower re-entry or are those who have an agenda (possibly even being paid to de-ramp).
Don't let the fouls pinch your shares! All going well, the share price will be significantly higher before you know!
One well written rns with explosive news will do this and we are waiting on a few! DYOR and don't take my word for it!

James- they are both huge! Crowe is smaller but still is one of the top 10 in the world and there could be many reasons, but still it's a well recognized and respected firm- well done SYME!

They are a huge multi national firm and will be able to cope with SYME growth, regardless of the market!
