Jeff- there are always shares (even at NT), the question becomes the price you will pay for them.

However, .R/Mrs 20 million buys is obviously not a one or two off transaction and if they want more than say 3% of the conpany- there simply aren't the shares available (people willing to sell at these prices).

There is only between 12- 17% or so in Pi's that could probably be bought, but most people will not be selling at these prices.
The problem the mm's have is, if Mr/Mrs big want say 1bn shares, the mm'saee going to have to go long in order to tempt pi's to sell.
The problem then becomes, if the honking and they went long on 3-5% of the conpany- there aren't really the shares available to make back the loss.
The reason is that there will be those who will sell at a higher price, but many more who will want in and those who will continue to hold.
Now, remember 3-5% (or more) have been bought by MR/Mrs Big and you will only be left with a possible 12-14% of shares not in sticky hands but haven't sold (at that point)

The 20million are buys that look to be iceberg buys for a large negotiated order. IMO this happened when the share price dropped to mid .40"s. And is the reason for us being at this price range.
The problem imo that the mm's have is that it is one or more very large orders (some say ii's want 30%}< if this is the case the only shares that are available are pi's.
So, because AZ and friends have over 60% mm's would prefer not to go long because there isn't enough of a free float to make up the difference late!
So, they either keep the share price here and bore the inexperie or inpatient pi's now and make a profit or it will go and they will have no option but to go long.
However, if this is the case- they will have filled most of the order and it will bite into profit but they will be able to break even with the ii's and try and plunder from pi's!
So, folks hang on to your shares and buy on dips, because if we keep pressure on mm's the news will force this to rocket as there are no shares available!

T212 is not a good platform if you want to buy or sell at a particular price. They put through a load of arders at exactly the same time (once or twice a day), so don't think the price is competitive.
212 is only really good if you want to buy say £50 a week. But other than that something like Digerio might be better.

They will report these later! Iooks like they are buys otherwise the mm's would be delighted to drop the price and trigger sells to finish off the ii's buy orders, but they would be flooded with pi's buying.

Because SYME trades on main board main market it will attract the wider market, but it is stil not on many people's radar and as such there will be a huge demand for this share imo once it does get on to people's line of sight. At moment the share price is too low to attract many people attention, but that will soon change!

Well, you would like to think that most "investors" here will have done atleast some level of research and as such few will sell knowing that the mm's have and will play games to pray on the weak.
All I can say is that we now know that more it's want these shares and as such they want our shares. We are the pi's and we are just a number to them.
So, if we do not sell, they will have to chase it up!
If news lands before they can get those shares, imo they will have no choice but to raise the share price because even more people will want these shares.
This is a main board share and wouldn't dream of a stop loss because the mm might go gorilla to pinch pi shares. Just know that any drop is artificial (such as Thurs and Fri). If anything buy on dips.
Even £50 with hundreds of people trying for shares will only for them to quickly raise the price.

That is a really good post Kylie- it should make pi's stop and think, why do the institutional investors want in at SYME?
Now before any PI answers remember, this is a main board share and as such most of the hedge funds and prension funds will start looking at this.

It also occured to me , if institutions invest in SYME products, it would make sense to buy shares in SYME and could pay for a large chunk of their investment and hedge themselves as well as make a huge profit.

I understand that there are people here whom have 8x, 7x, 6x their money and could understand topslicing, but I know people who did it at .60's.
