Useful and positive clear the Air clarification by the company,....the least we can expect, and companies often published speeding ticket RNS on a sharp rise this one is the opposite one..

They might increase their offer slightly if they suspect a possible rival sniffing around, but don't count on it.....still with the current price there is still more than 15% upside minimum,

Having said that, like I said earlier, the current SP is a no brainer buy IMHO......

Added few below 16p and averaged up in the process, will hold now to ride it until the final end, circa 18p is probably be the minimum, and I wouldn't rule out another bid/s above 20p......

No need for big spikes, most of the times they end up crushing....

If you can't beat them ( and you definitely can't.....) then join them .....
