Like I said yesterday, something has to be sorted soon enough, it's has been way too long on hold.

Overall sounds positive, probably the nearest of getting this elusive ratification granted than ever before....yet, it's still as far as we ever been.....

Hopefully it will discussed with more details in the coming weeks with the parliament finally signed the papers that both parties regarard as meaningful business.

Lithium price recover lately, and something have to be finally sorted regarding the long awaiting Ratification.....

BTW many buying reported in red so far, including mine....

We always knew it was a strong possibility unless the big money owed to us which granted by the arbitration court is actually paid, or at least some of it.

I fully agree with FB ,the placing would take place only when licence is finally granted, and on the back of much higher SP, also as gmed said on that base it's not such a bad move if spent wisely in order to support fast growth and development of operations that will make us successful and cash rich.

Yet,first thing first, let's get this licence granted.

Forgot to mention, added few after reading the news....I also extended my expectations now to sometime in 2026....

Until April 2026......took away some of the uncertainty for now as the original pay was due at the end of this month.....

Good support from our friends which considering this is unsecured loan mean they have faith in what is coming.

As I said in my previous post, the drop is for 1 reason only and it's to let the big boys further more cheap shares.....clear as day...( but not today being very cloudy....)

You just couldn't have better performance, and the market knows......

The price drop is just the way the market acomadte the big boys with cheap shares from weak holders, holders tight for decent rewards in the near enough term....IMHO.

Unfortunately seems like market forces driving the price towards 1p....

Not much to go so hopefully a change of momentum will follow, of course this change could be very quick and sharp with the right piece of news....

Litigation could have taken long time, cost money and the outcome would be unknown,..

Aa such it's a case of one bird in hands better than 2 on the tree....

Use the time and the cash to focus on what really matters, and rebuild the business.

When a share price is in constant decline as it is here recently it is obviously a concern.....

On the other hand, the latest few updates were actually positive IMHO ....

It's the individual choice to either bail out, hold, or even take advantage, for me it's the latest....

Have to say though, it's not quite inline with my usual strategy to keep a certain % of my portfolio in one stock but I was already above it even before addition....
