I strongly believe we will see a break out in silver very soon.
Then he herd will want to get positioned in highly leveraged plays such as junior silver miners.

Thankfully, UFO is uniquely placed as the best junior silver play on LSE AIM with x3 confirmed high-grade silver projects (x1 in JV discussions, x2 being marketed by IBK Capital).

On placing 25/2/20 - one warrant was issued with every 3 placing shares

Once we get the drill results back, it should make it easier to access the 3rd Party funding.

We own the controlling stake of 51% and Windfield Metals own the minority stake of 49%.

In RNS 16/10/20 it stated: The company has commenced discussions to increase the Company's current interest of 51% in the key Hamersley tenements.
But it didn't give any more details.

Windfield Metals are our TR1 backing us and have never sold a UFO share, so I think it should be straight forward since we hold the controlling stake.

We initially purchased the 51% stake with 200M UFO shares.

It's just the dilution from when they bought last year (4 placings this year).
They have never sold 1 share.

The dilution is from when they 1st bought in. We had 4 placings this year.

I think they need to report when they dip below 6%? So they just happened after last placing.
