Pops you obviously don't understand the silver market.

There are a lot of gold miners to choose from. But there are very few silver miners with confirmed high-grade deposits.
It's a tiny market.
Investors buy into junior silver miners once they see the silver price going up in order to get maximum leverage.
You will see for yourself once the price of silver breaks out.

Bill is planning to hit the ground running by January for Elizabeth Hill.
Drilling to commence at x2 Mexico confirmed high-grade silver projects ASAP once permits are issued (drill rigs avail).
Drilling is to commence "very early next year" for Hamersley.
Capstone is waiting for permit to drill Donovan 2.
