Options & warrants are a source of funding and whenever they are exercised, the money goes in Aliens bank and reduces the need for future fund raisings.
Warrants were issued during the early placings. The holders generally sell their placing shares and hold the warrants as a form of cheap options.
Therefore, the thing to look at is their expiry.
The earliest expiry is now 2022, so the holders are in no rush to exercise them.

Warrants were continually exercised in GGP on the way up.

Yes ultimately it will come down to estimated future supply & demand.

We are currently running at a silver deficit of 200M oz/year for this year.
Next year it is estimated we will be at a 300M oz/year deficit. That's without factoring the $2 Trillian Biden is planning to spend over 4 years on clean energy.

It's important to note that the Elizabeth Hill mine only ceased production in 2000 since silver price was about $4/Oz.
Silver at current prices makes the mine very profitable since the average grade is over 2000g/ton silver!

If the Dollar DXY continues it's bear trend towards 88, it's highly likely the price of silver can spike at any moment.
