The lengths at which they will go to get people to sell!

The person that applies for UFO’s permits is UFO’s Non-Executive Chairman Dan Smith. I saw his name on the Greenland exploration licence.
He is the Co-Founder of Minerva Corporate which specialises in assisting junior miners. Therefore, he is very experienced in obtaining POWs.
He is based in Perth Australia where the POWs are issued.

As of 1st July this year, The Department of Mines in Perth have successfully halved the time to issue POWs to 15 days!

It is highly likely we will be issued with the POWs before Christmas.
This is why Bill has his tech team waiting with an excavator to start digging trenches at Elizabeth Hill as soon as the POW is issued.

This is also why some of the shareholders who have sold to chase rainbows are now spending their time to actively de-ramp.

Since the SP has gone down recently and the fundamentals have improved day by day, it just means that it's an even better buying opportunity. That's all.

I know you don't want to be locked out, but shareholders have had enough of your de-ramping and want you to "Just give it a break for goodness sake."

I must say, it's very interesting how the de-rampers cannot say anything bad about the company and have now chosen the recent placing as a de-ramping tool to try to bash the SP when in actual fact it's a fantastic achievement for the company to raise £2.5M to fast track all activities.

Once the news of permits drop, the placing will soon be forgotten.

Drilling is to commence "very early next year" for Hamersley.
Capstone is waiting for permit to drill Donovan 2.

This would incentivize investors to pick up gold & silver in pounds to prevent a loss in purchasing power.

The higher silver price would make the UFO SP more attractive.

Yes Chris2, I do remember you said something along the lines of junior miners will always need placings until we can get a revenue stream.

It's the nature of the beast.

If anyone doesn't want to experience a placing, they should invest in an income producing company.

But the reason I am here is to get maximum leverage on the price of the commodities we own underground.
Eg we have an exploration target of 245 million tonnes of Iron Ore and x3 confirmed high grade silver projects and a potentially Tier 1 Copper deposit. GLA

I searched my history and I never mentioned that at the 3rd placing.

Just before the recent placing I also never mentioned that.
I said we had £2M in the bank for our planned activates.
But £2M means we can't bring up the projects high up the value curve. Eg. we didn't do drilling at Donovan 2 prior to JV.

Since then a large-scale Institution wanted to get in ASAP.
The BOD made a decision to use the funds to fast-track activities, which now means a fast track of RNSs.
It means we can intensify our exploration activities and don't have to put any projects in the drawer as Arian Silver did.

We are just about to drill Hamersley "very early next year"
The team are currently waiting at Elizabeth Hill for the POW to start work ASAP.
We are waiting for x2 permits in Mexico to drill our high-grade silver projects ASAP (drill rigs avail).
Capstone is waiting for permit to drill Donovan 2.

The extra £2.5M raise was a great achievement for a small company and will pay dividends as we start to drill.

Also you must be very naive to think investing in a junior miner means there will be no placings!!

However, we are now due some payments from Capstone and the projects we JV in 2021.

People concerned about dilution due to a placing should not be investing in a junior miner.
Or their intention is just to de-ramp so they can try to bash the SP.

Yes we have had 4 placings this year, but the terms have improved significantly.
The first 2 placings included warrants.
The 3rd & 4th placings didn't.
The 4th placing included Professional investors and a "strategic large-scale Institutional investor" providing us "corner stone support". As Bill said, "Shows we are doing the right thing. We are driving in the right direction."
As it stands we are now fully funded until end 2021.
So if you someone concerned about placings, the placings are now out of the way. GLA

I actually agree with Wents when he said:
"What I love about this share ,no one and I mean no one can call this share its all guesswork.
I have said from the start its Aim and it's a gamble, over time with good newsflow etc the odds get more favourable, but short term its anyone's guess."

There were people on this board who sold out after a 50% rise thinking that was the top!
