Hi CJ, I'm hoping for the EH results next week. RNS 23 November 2022 stated:
" High priority samples from drilling submitted with results expected in several weeks"
So should be due.

Highlights:
- Sulphides observed in drill holes at Elizabeth Hill and Munni Munni confirming continuation of mineralising structures

- Initial pXRF results indicate above background concentrations of both base metals and silver

- Wide zones of alteration encountered indicating continuity of silver hosting structures

Recent Exploration near Elizabeth Hill:
The recently completed reverse circulation drilling programme comprised of 12 holes for 1,370 metres ("m") of drilling. This drilling was designed to test:
· Down dip, down plunge and depth extensions to the known high grade silver mineralisation proximal to the Elizabeth Hill silver mine

· Strike extensions north of the Elizabeth Hill shaft, targeting granite/ultramafic contact zones identified during underground mining that are interpreted to be extensions to the main silver lode mineralisation

· The Judy Reef about 1,400m southeast of the Elizabeth Hill historical silver mine is a PGE copper nickel target with possible silver, co-incident with an electromagnetic ("EM") anomaly.

Very exciting. There has to be something positive in 1.37km of drilling! (fingers crossed)

UFO will be reducing haulage & logistics costs with next door neighbour E25 JV.

UFO currently have 600k/t intimidate access to port and will be getting own allocation of 1.2Mt = 1.8Mt Mining Rate Per Year. Huge boost to income with further economies of scale.
Plus shipping out of Port Hedland is less than half the cost!
Plus economies of scale when adding 2nd DSO Hub.

Regarding Silver last time I looked Endeavour Silver had AISC of $21/oz.
Hochschild silver mine Pallancata had costs over $30/oz!

UFO's costs with super high-grade will be less but margins will still be higher on DSO at $100/t compared with selling silver at $50/oz.

Even at $100/t, the margins are higher than selling silver at $50/oz!

Plus its Direct Shipping Ore. Just have to switch on the Surface Miner Machine, put it through a mobile screening unit and take it port. Easiest mining project!
