I know exploration season in Greenland only lasts a few months and runs from May or June until September or October and depends on the weather.

Can't be easy to mine in Greenland past October when it's covered in snow.

I forgot to add, Munni Munni is short commute to Karratha town which has skilled workforce + there are seven flights daily between Karratha to Perth.
No need to build accommodation, schools & hospitals etc which you would have to do for other projects.

Also mining is done all year round in the Pilbara. Whereas Greenland has a short mining season.
