Fifthly, there is a worldwide ready market & demand for UFO's high-grade iron ore with low impurities, in order for steel mills around the world to reduce their emissions.

Explorers have to do Heritage surveys prior to any exploration & drilling, so anything significant will be highlighted from the outset. I guess too expensive for govt to Heritage Survey everything in advance.

Good news regarding Brockman UFO have already successfully completed Heritage Surveys for exploration & drilling for Brockman last year and we have POWs (permit of works) in place for Vivash.

Just a backlog in WA at moment.

The Fenix CEO said he got a lot of grey hairs from the process. Their deposit is right next to sensitive Heritage ground (which is one of the reasons they are limited and can't expand). Took him about 9 months.
They announced Mining Proposal Approved, Native Title and Equity Raise for the project all in August 2020 which caused their SP to double. Then doubled again from there as they started production. Then doubled again.

There are no headwinds with Hanc0ck and previous Heritage work was done and found no issues:

Plus UFO (unlike Fenix) massive upside potential with expanding resource across the ridges and multiple other projects.

Regarding Brockman & Vivash, IOCA Update stated:

FMG just completed a rail link next to them and Mineral Resources starting shipping operations December 2023 from Ashburton.
I think IOCA CEO ex-FMG Troy might have a surprise for us.

The term "shovel ready" actually includes permits, since you are not allowed to start digging for production without permits.
