1. Bill stated in presentation that the Hamersley tenements originally went to ballot and RIO, BHP & FMG also all put their name in the hat. In WA when more than one company applies for a tenement, it goes to ballot.
Also we are at the very early stage of the metals supercycle. We are only just starting to see some M&A activity.
2. Anglo American providing $15M. UFO need to provide $5M (£4M). Once hedge is in place with the deal, a loan is a no brainer.
Or you can look at Fenix. They announced Mining Proposal Approved, Native Title and Equity Raise for the project all in August 2020 which caused their SP to double. Then doubled again from there as they started production. Then doubled again.
3. UFO’s Resources are based on independent lab assay results.
The great thing with Iron Ore on ridges, is that it is easy to see and surface sample the outcropping.
4. Previous Heritage work was done on Hanc0ck and found no issues. They are currently in negotiations to get it all settled.
