@Deos buying above 50p might be risky, but buying in the 20's in my opinion is certainly not......the late Friday RNS caught many on the hop and the MMs sent the price into auction at 16:25 in went in at 18.68 and came out following the UT at 22p. I am expecting a nice move higher today - its gappy gappy time. Also looking at the short tracker Whitebox had been closing out gradually, but with this gap higher on Friday I expect them to accelerate and perhaps helikon will too start to buy back too. Perfect recipe for LTHs here. Takeover, financial crisis averted and stock price recovery.

Looking at trade values the majority of trades are buys…..certainly with some bigger ones filling too

Money resolved low dilution partners participate - all looks like someone getting the house in order as there must be multiple expressions of interest. lol winder if Rio come asking about the project - wonder what glen would think

Petrofac has extended its existing forbearance agreement in respect of the non-payment of the interest coupon on its senior secured notes from 30 June to 25 July 2024.

The forbearance agreement is entered into by an ad hoc group of noteholders representing approximately 47% of the outstanding senior secured notes, increased from 41% at the time of the publication of Petrofac’s annual results.

Looking better as they have secured more support and may be another reason some of the shorting cohort have been slowly closing as the MMs seem to be allowing a coordniated exit. I'll be buying again

@Gilljoe well people above our pay grade obviously think Halliburton could well be interested in PFC. Market cap is 60m right now

Could be the buyer of the stock but someone certainly buying at these depressed levels

Takeover rumours have been out there and as I’ve said previously - Apollo or indeed Halliburton are good fits.

Ivor agree in part however a move upwards is underway. The large buys are also encouraging
