Nice summary the numbers RAM have put forward are there and interested parties know what will be required.

Added another 75k at 5.68 at what looks like a fantastic top up……won’t ever find a tighter spread. I am super bullish at these levels. It would be good to see who has been adding - there has been buying in the 6’s in previous weeks. I plan on riding this all the way back up

10p about to come down - set to move to 10.5

Expecting a move back up towards 12p and hopefully a break into the teens. My gap is right around the 17/18p mark without even the farm in details being negotiated. So a really decent upside.

Another positive finish and repeated days in the blue should be getting us closer to that change in trend signal - the week started on a low and 3 days in those that capitalised over the last week or so should do really well.

None of us know with certainty what is going on in the background but the need for resources is there and the appetite to acquire known and proven sites is also there. At the minute the board have the for sale site out, which a number on here feel under values the asset now it is for the top tier players in the field to look at this again and come in with a counter offer that trumps RAM’s proposal, which at current prices looks attractive.

Jeez need to check the keyboard for gremlins - looks like I can type a sentence. Essentially there is enough time for due diligence to be completed and a bid to trump RAM’s offer to be tabled. There has been a buyer filling their boots, so the smart money would be using this opportunity to do exactly the same.

I firmly believe a bidder will emerge we have a low bar set, which is around circa 15p but we have 10 weeks to the EGM an an alternative bid to be tabled. Personally I deliver this has been set up this way to allow a bidder to complete their own due diligence. For me this is nailed on to double your money as a minimum

@Eddyates made around 50k on TLW as it stands - nobody wanted to buy sub 4p. Also a nice chunk on IMM from around 1p. I really am not bothered and I can afford to buy and buy fortunately. Been here since 2008 and like a healthy lifestyle lol good luck in whatever nuts you scratch

@oily I have read about Private Equity being interested in WPP, but they are looking at the whole thing before any asset sales. Bain is a new name, but the the recurring one has been Apollo
