Hilcorp deal to happen

Multiple interested parties are actively engaged in the Company’s data room, but my gut is now Hilcorp as opposed to ConocoPhillips

Reading the RNS who now thinks Hilcorp will be looking to farm in.

Could easily be 20,25, 30p. Less than what was envisaged, but from 6p we are looking at 150% plus. Can’t sniff at that

7 buys just gone through all 250k……..looking like the reason why the MMs have been holding the price to allow these orders to be filled

Well there is certainly a block buyer they had added 150k twice and a 300k transaction. we do also have 137k buy. I could not resist and have added 50k at 6.02 - rarely get the tightest of spreads, but feel we will see some positive momentum leading into the meeting tomorrow. We could also see an alternative buyer

Also the valuation makes this far more appealing than where we were 12month ago at 65-70p

500k buy filled - patience guys some significant buys filling

Looking set for a reversal, so I’d be looking at a clear break above 8.95…….I hope everyone got their fill early doors

Worth noting quite a few of the recorded sells are buys that are misclassified - i just dipped in for another 25k shares at 8.35

Should be seeing JD bid higher today

All adding up…..100k purchase at 8.793

Going by what is happening over at 88E this is set for a bit of appreciation and I would imagine those that take money off there will be putting it in over here, which will add to the upward momentum
