Well I got a very positive email from investor relations. I think that shorts will be heading for the exits for good.

Amazed by the tripe being written on the boards. I for one had an update from investor relations and can firmly say that I am really bullish. Metro is very strong financially and feels that their are multiple options available to it. Helps when you have billionaire friends and funds stateside.

Well glad you agree because that’s the information that I have been provided, which only adds weight to the fact that this bargain basement pricing. The sellers will become buyers - mark my words.

For all those on this board does anyone have an idea of what their capital position actually is? Their Capital ratio is 18.8%.

Their MREL debt offer was pulled and their sp has taken a whack.

They have the flexibility to issue MREL debt at the right time before the interim MREL debt becomes effective on 1st Jan 2020.

They have multiple options open to the business should it wish to pursue them.

Guys I’ve read the posts, news updates and I genuinely think we are looking at a bargain. Looking forward to an update from Craig Donaldson and Co.

A rebound on the cards as the drop has been overdone - that's what happens. Sense returns and the value buyers return. Would actually like to see a finish above £2.10 today to be honest

Buy at 1.77......I would like to think my faith is rewarded.

I do believe the Board will be issuing an RNS on the SP movement, therefore today is a day to buy and then see what happens for the rest of the week. Oversold and the bounce will be significant.

Managed to bag 10,000 shares sub £2. When there is blood on the streets get your wallet out. Hoping for a £10K in days - wait for the news on shorts closing up and more money coming in. RNS may help too.

Looks like the wheels are moving again and the sp should follow. These levels a nailed on buy.

My reading my be that the completion of the farmout deal will not happen next month as planned and the longstop date has been put back again to June 2020. Sigh

Chill guys if you look at the pattern for the last week or so the SP picks up in the morning and then tails off and falls when the US market opens. Then you look at the trades at the end of the day and some large buys are filled. It is no coincidence that an American fund has gone from no notifiable interest to over 5%. Position building.

Shorters at it but loading up at £2.80-2.84 the way to go. Wait for the large orders to have been filled.
