Yes there is a disclosure limit, but there could well be multiple buyers and they do have a little room in terms of when they disclose.

Buyer is grabbing stock and the MMs are raising the bid to fill the order. When we get the RNS confirming - check the price then.

Take a look at the Porsche/ VW short squeeze of 2008 - this is playing out the same way

A nice 335k buy gone through at £202.50 so some shares been collected to fill that order

The current management have billionaire backers - Cohen, Bloomberg and co. Don't underestimate the power of the wealth. So with a market cap of say £330m they could easily stump up 1 billion. The banking licence alone is worth the current market cap in my view - not easy to get one of those!

I hope some of you can spot those that are buying and selling the stock - their sp predictions reflecting their position. I personally believe a move back p towards £2.80-£3 will happen. The way this moves up through £2.25 then £2.50 should then see this target.

The TR1 would give us a shot in the arm, but the trend is higher.

Soaking up the sells - will see this moving upwards, trend is in place. The fill for me is between £2.50 to £2.70. Still waiting on a TR1 release.
