Ok the market should receive this news well as the SP is only 28p and a cornerstone investor will take up 25% of the business and inject liquidity at 25p. Cash balance has gone up again from £142m to £155m from 23 April to 30 April, which I think is link to the number of staff that have been furloughed and the Government concessions in place, expect this balance to build up throughout May and June and I would hazard a guess that we are closer to £200m right now.
That additional money compensates for the planned disposal to Kingspan (£37m) and I would imagine the current deal was being ironed out, so why sell a profitable arm of the business.
Disposal of the Aviation side appears to have been a masterstroke right now, whereas at the time some thought it was a bad move. How things change in a few months.
Taking everything onboard I think we have a positive update and anyone that was short will probably be toast now, as you would need to holding the stock to participate in the action.
I would imagine cash on the side lines will be coming here now.
