Steve, so you’re saying the current mcap of £530m for both Beauty and Nutrition and yet you post that you think a 49% slice of Nutrition alone should be £500m?

You’re not making sense.

@Pokerchips, the one that rankled with me was the £50k employee awards, given effectively for doing the job you’re paid to do.

Needs stripping out and MM does not have the mind set.

I’ve spoken about the £439m admin costs before.

Someone looking to acquire Remainco who has existing operations would see this figure and their eyes would do the ‘cartoon spring eyes’.

Needs a ruthless cost cutter to slash thru this and no one has mentioned the effect of AI in reducing costs either.

Get this figure down to £300m and you’re throwing out £200m ebitda.

Gonna get taken out.

Wrong Shabz, high st footfall has been in decline since April 23, and that’s a fact. A trend that will only continue.

You do talk some carp moniman. So they can afford £1500 phones but not £30 a month on health supplement?

Health,fitness and beauty is where future growth is. The younger generation are not interested in the things my generation were, namely smoking,drinking and partying.

Yes the high st is dying in front of us but THG online is perfectly placed. Automation can strip out a lot of the admin costs and the business is internationally scalable.

Now is the time to bid, and I think we’ll see that before March.
