Yeah, but with GGP at least I'm still up 599% (despite losing £600k in paper profit since December 2019) whereas here I've yet to break even!

If aimed at me, I could have retired comfortably had I sold at 37p but I have a younger brother and nephew I was hoping to be able to set up for life also (and I bought into the Scallywag Hype at the time!)

I was never invested in SXX (thankfully) but it does show how CEOs can (and will) f uck their SHs over when it suits them career-wise/financially!?

Something is definitely going on at the moment (IMHO) but like many not sure what it is and who's behind it?

My gut says we're going to get royally f ucked over and robbed of the true worth of what we have but I have been here now nearly 9 years so far and am still willing to see how it plays out.

Fortunately my average is 1.1p and so as long as sp doesn't go below this I haven't really lost out and will be no worse off than when I started my journey, however having already lost over £600k in paper profits (more money than I've probably earnt in my entire 58 years) does smart a lot as I'm not a wealthy person by any means (but not half as much as those who bought in at the ATH I'm sure and who I genuinely feel for).

So it's 's hi t or bust' now for me all the way!

Having said that it is quite obvious that this share being f ucked with and I personally haven't sold any more of my GGP holding and ain't (willingly) going anywhere (whilst hoping we aren't going to get shafted ''SXX style''!?) :-(

..but at least SHG is up 10%!!

My younger brother works for a major defence contractor/manufacturer who supply both the MOD and foreign governments, but from what I'm told none of their projects come in on time (or on/under budget) - EVER!!!

Having already seen the film a while back now I knew EXACTLY what his game was and so he was filtered the minute he opened his ''pie hole''!!

And don't I know it Speedy, as I was working in Marketing at Preferred Mortgages (part of Lehman Brothers' Mortgage Capital Division) at the time I am now ashamed to say!

I distinctly remember a ''Quality Circle Event'' that we ran for a number of Mortgage Brokers, where one Broker made the comment ''well let's face it, Preferred Mortgages (Lehman's ''Non Conforming Mortgage'' provider) would lend money to people most wouldn't lend ten pence to''. I'll never forget it! :-(

All of those 'crappy loans' were then packaged up (securitised) and 'sold off' to unsuspecting investors (then rinse & repeat).
