When my father passed in Jan 2022 he held shares in an HL ISA (which I had opened for him some years earlier).

From memory these shares then had to be sold (at a loss unfortunately) before the funds were transferred to my brother and my own HL Trading Accounts (before we transferred the funds into our respective ISAs and repurchased the shares).

The shares themselves couldn't be transferred (unfortunately).

He probably views the company as ''an Aussie asset, in an Aussie location, which should developed to benefit Aussie investors (both PIs & his beloved IIs!) and screw all the Pommes that originally backed it at great risk!

Time will tell, but I do think that once his ASX listing is sorted it'll just be a matter of time until he delists us from AIM (which will of course save him all the bother of having to jump on a plane to come and placate we long suffering 'Whinging' SH's!?) as has already been alluded to previously elsewhere!?! 😟

Agree with you 100% and all day long!

Whether we are still permitted to continue to 'come along for the ride' (and benefit fully from what was a risky investment for most LTHs) or will we find ourselves side-lined in favour of Aussie Institutions (and Aussie PIs) is another story!?

Only time will tell, but what is certain is it's well and truly out of our hands!
