Debt is only lease commitments though for rent.

So it’s not real debt like a loan / bank facility.

It literally is the future rent that they are committed to pay under the lease, each year it goes through p&l as rent.

So we really are talking £100m here of which £75m is cash from the equity raise.

So peanuts.

Re charts though, not sure they would have let you know about a material event like what’s just done down. I mean I can see they probably showed a general uptick pattern awaiting some kind of trading update that we all had or filed in for a bit later in the month.

I’m always fascinated with the crystal ball effect that some see with charts.
