Placing 6th from bottom.

Proactive have written a piece today suggesting 4 are going up so if it’s a straight swap we should be fine.

Their article says otherwise tho… hopefully bad journalism

Thg 4th smallest mcap at £371m

Forexpo then at 3rd comfortably lower at £308m

ASOS currently 6th with £383m so would t take much to leapfrog them.

Not sure on rules but if it’s just bottom 3 then we should be ok.

Re new comers Avon tech and Gamma comm well over a billion, Wickes is over £500m . Not sure how to find out if there are any more tipped for inclusion.

Anyone had chance to have a delve in to the accounts and work out what we likely need to do to breakeven?

We can see beauty margin is on the up and hopefully should be steady now they have binned cosmetics.

Nutrition is a big question mark as no longer dumping stock but why prices still an issue certainly for h1 so maybe 5% margin ?

Distribution should be a %.

Overhead is another tricky one but surely should be on the way down ?

Last one I can never fathom is adjusting items. Let’s hope they’ve kitchen sinked the intangibles/ goodwill etc.

If they did £2bn at 5% thats £100m contribution, 6% would be £120m.

We all know that the way to re rate is either marking a profit which should generate some significant value as it makes THG investable. Or in the short term buyout which at present would not realise that much value ?

I mean he does get a salary just donates it to charity so what’s his beef?

Anyway combined with the discount and share crash yesterday he’s got a good screw on those new shares as usual.

Lets hope the market like the reduce debt / longer cash runway to turn things in to profitable positive FCF.

Two leading credit insurers have reinstated cover for Asos clothing suppliers, signalling renewed confidence in the online fashion retailer’s financial stability.

Atradius and Coface restored cover last month having withdrawn it in 2023 amid concerns over the fashion retailer’s tumbling profits, The Times understands.

Cartan Trade, another major credit insurer, has also just opened up cover for the first time, which could further improve Asos’s cashflow.
