Nickel on here was completely right about Vale. Inventories in China are about 14% down on this time last year.

Q1 2020 it gets tighter still with Vale already announcing at least 13 million tons less to China thats a 15% cut in production from Vale Q1 from 83-88 MT to 70-75MT.

Chinese steelmakers with their shiny new steel furnaces will overproduce big time because for those that invested in new steel furnaces their margins went up.

They will want to destroy local competitors who havent upgraded who will be forced to upgrade on any downturn in steel prices.

I think the 62% headed for $100 next couple of weeks and $120+ in Q1.
