Thanks for your indepth analysis Task...;-) In fact, it's the aqua version of Genus in livestock, but market in fish about 20 years behind. Look at how Genus has performed over that period, then add in growing world population, particularly Asia who mostly eat fish. Feeding population growth in 3rd world is going to be one of the great challenges of the age, and these guys are getting close to solving one part of it. But this is only one part of their business - currently have 100 products in various stages of development/testing, any one of which will be material at the bottom line. Cork in a bottle, but it's starting to move...;-)

I've been in since 2010 (at about �3) and I continue to have a firm and fundamental belief in this management's ability to extract the most profit and cash flow from this industry, something that previous HPE management couldn't do. Firstly, the underlying eps figs are in line with full year estimates - so no disasters there. Secondly, as margins increase, and debt is paid down (so saving interest costs) expect EPS top grow. Today is a buying opportunity IMV, and I have.

Relever the balance sheet to buy a Company in the same business with lower margins, and do the same thing they've been doing in their own business for the past 5 years. If HPE was already as successful as MCRO, they would have had to pay much more with no upside potential. Remember that MCRO have only just got their hands on the HPE business. Existing business simply reflects that focus which has (quite rightly) gone on the HPE acquisition. Stock now looks to be on less than 15x this years earnings (which we're already two-thirds through). If you buy today, I think you'll be happy in 3-6 months time.

Not quite sire what the market was looking for, but with h1 adjusted eps of $1.04, the Company is well on track to deliver the $2.10 I forecast back in September. With debt higher and margins now lower post deal, there is again ample room for KL and team to perform their usual magic, though of course, implementation risk isn't trivial. On balance, any weakness back towards the �22 level, and I'll be buying more!

Congrats on getting all the posts deleted (including yours). Allow me then to reword my request in a way where you will find this more difficult. In January 2017, you posted that you did not hold stock and that you were negative on it. At the end of 2017 however, you posted that you had bought stock at the bottom (which was actually in November 2016, before your January 2017 post) and were now selling. The question is how you were able to sell stock in December 2017 which had been bought in November 2016 when in January 2017, you said you had no holding (and were negative)? Are you able to explain this apparent contradiction?
