Ystalfera, birkwood or corus? And therefore why no RNS?

Unfortunately Hawkesbury (i.e. Jenard/EFD) do not yet have planning permission on Ystalfera as the planning minutes make clear...which is why no RNS

Here's is my recent post from ADVFN Missed this guys, from the RNS relating to Haycroft Farm 11 September 2009: "...The RBS Loan is repayable on 31 March 2010 or earlier out of, inter alia, the net proceeds of sale of EDL's property interests at the former Birkwood Hospital site in Lanarkshire, the former Corus Railtrack site in Workington or Haycroft Farm...." Where are they going to find £2.2m by 31 March? So...one of four scenarios in my opinion: EFD goes belly up...into administration like Portsmouth; EFD gets taken out; PFC reverses into EFD as a regeneration/development play at Fratton Park and Horsea; Corus, Birkwood or Haycroft Farm get sold...but Haycroft Farm is the home of Rob Loyd Racing Ltd. I wonder how ell RL knows Mick Channon...

Hi SAAD are out Sir Leslie and S Kalirai will have been required to sell when they retired as directors; However, Paul Williams is taking his remuneration in shares. Either Portsmouth is a pointless sideshow (see my earlier note) or it could be very bullish, i.e. reversing efd in, or RL able to move on because efd set fair. EFD appointed joint brokers in last year or so (orbis) and they specialise in bids, rescues, etc. Still want to know what Ignis' intentions are... Things coukd boil up soon, because EFD results due by 31 March at 16.30 and no results notice has been posted, which must come thius week, no later than wednesday (7 days). If they missed this it would be taken badly, but this time last year they announced the Corus initial planning permission and public sector also works to 31 March deadlines.

smart play using jenard for the placing. let's hope they're already out of their 10m. they must be in on the big picture, cos they aint making money out of selling hawkesbury houses now. efd could become hawkesbury with RL having 47% gartmore 13% and jenard 40%. what's happening with Ignis?

good point about the interims. last year they were 1m 19secs before the FSA deadline waiting for the CORUS decision that came at 16.00... Don't expect too much from interims; gotta be another loss unless they have a revaluation gain from one of the sites. as far as I can see, Clydeside lapsed, cos they made no announcement last year about completion; still got Birkwood and Paignton. Hi wig welcome back...RED carpet... Re: RL wouldn't risk...read his autobiography. he works 16 hours a day and always has 500 CP projects on his list. So why would he dally with PFC? EFD can't buy it and EFD owns RLR which is his big passion (he'll be at Cheltenham today with runners and to watch Denman/KS (I'm on Denman on betfair place only 1.91 = 4/5 for a place!) So...he's either fronting a bid from e.g. MAX (he met Nick Leslau on Secret Millionaire...) for a regeneration play (he's an expert) that is now so much cheaper post the 9 point deduction; or he's reversing EFD into this because he's a Liverpool supporter, lives in Cheltenham and has no time to live in Fratton Park... I'm back in big time...exactly a year ago they deferred the results for an Allerdale BC planning meeting pm 31 March and look what happened to the shares then...up 1500% in 3 days! Corus full planning ;permission is pending since 2008; ABC has a year end of 31 March...look at the steady buying of EFD last 24 hours. Finally, Jenard is a full partner in several of EFDs building developments. They will have sold their 10m shares already for double bubble and the other 90m haven't been tapped yet (it's an overdraft facility...) DYOR

Piled in to LONR today. Chart turning point? Agree all the bullish stuff below. Don't like DL but now committed to two of his ventures as went back into SOLO today also. Very chuffed at the Extract bid news, as holding EML and PRL - both massively undervalued and where SK could get their stake? (Preferred bidder status, but what happens when RIO flex their muscles?)
