Remember my comment about 'the ravens leaving the castle'. So I wonder if it's someone like Ingo who is integral to the CFP and a statement by the company that "we don't want to be taken over but if we are here is a consolation prize for all your hard work and not being a Director."

I must stress this is pure speculation but I don't know why they wouldn't declare who it is because whether inside or outside the company it can only cause speculation.
