The going concern statements are prepared was as at 25 September; Q2 finishes on 30 June, 278 days later…

The bid announcement was 28 November…there is a very expensive admin operation underway…do you know how much each RNS costs…?

If the company ran through the non FNV cash that would put development at risk because they would have to raise money to keep the lights on, irrespective of whether they still had ringfenced FNV monies…

As you rightly point out dishonesty by Directirs is a serious offense so is non disclosure of material or inside information…

As you know Rodney…going concern statements are prepared in annual or half yearly accounts.

It is the Directors responsibility to assess this status. The Auditors confirm that view.

The Directors are entitled to form their opinion based on available cash and commitments, together with the possibility of raising funds by way of borrowing or equity.

Given that JCC have made a bid at 28p it would be very easy for the Board to claim that they could raise funds by way of equity…even at a lower price.

Furthermore, until the voting is completed they could realistically claim that the JCC bid underwrites SOLG being a going concern at least until 3 March when the takeover would take effect.

And finally today’s RNS makes clear that “ SolGold would need to raise additional financing by Q2 2026 to be in a position to continue its development activities.”…NOT to avoid liquidation…

So please climb down Rodney…we know you’re passed at the Board and you might want to reflect that a failed vote could be very self destructive to retail investors current financial worth.

Finally to be clear, I voted No but NOT. Because I’m possed at the Board…

And BTW it’s the AUDITORS that make Going Concern statements not the Board…
