You clearly haven't been here long brainspark. Check some previous RNS releases from last year when it was on the cusp etc. It's just more talk and no action. I'm regretting ever buying these but can't sell due to the huge hit I'd take. This ain't going anywhere until after the next placing (assume in May like last year) when Harry & his cronies have taken another chunk of shares for progressing nothing and diluted the rest of us another 10%.

All this talk of 'updated terms sheets' & 'drafting the remaining detailed documents' makes me think they have just been sittting on their backsides the last few months doing nothing. Again, talking of all parties signing binding agreements in June...I can see nothing happening again until after the NEXT wet season ends, maybe, assuming the remaining paperwork due then is signed etc. Yet another depressing news release. This should be ready to go NOW, the fact that it's not is a sad reflection on the very poor management.

From the 3% drop since opeing already, I think we can see what the Market thinks of today's RNS. We want news & progress on Tulu Kapi Harry, not more Walter MItty Saudi projections...

Hey SirRampsalot - they did a massive placing literally a couple of weeks ago! The outcome of which is that HAA et al have many millions more shares for no actual progress in Ethiopia. The dilution in Saudi could have been avoided if they had deferred their salary (i.e. massive share allocation in lieu of wages) and used the placing proceeds to pay ARTAR monies owed. At the rate Saudi is being diluted we'll have 0% of a very large pie in a couple of years...

& diluted to 30% in Saudi - down from 31. 2% 2 weeks ago and down from 40% 2 years ago.

So from today's RNS i'm getting waffle, waffle, waffle, 30% interest in G&M. So clearly diluted again from the last RNS on 14th Feb stating a 31.2% interest. Maybe some of the money raised in the last placing to pay Directors for such a sterling job should have been paid to ARTAR instead...

Of course there has been massive dilution since the 2.5p level. I still have faith (just) but we've been mislead so many times before. At least 6 funding deadlines have been missed over the last 2 years.

I think you're maybe ramping this one a little too much mate. Those of us invested since prior to the 'meeting for release of funds' in January 2020 are more cautiously optimistic that this will finally go someone in the next couple of months. It has a long way to go just to reach the 2.5p level it was at just over a year ago when things were meant to be in full-swing as well...

OK Fevertree man, we get it. You don't trust HAA, you're not invested in KEFI and you think this is all going to fail. So why keep posting on here? The number of times during the working day you upload your opinions makes me think you're either retired or a Civil Servant. Maybe just buy a Jigsaw if you need something to occupy you, or if a Civil Servant, get on with your work!

I see Harry's still talking about 'finalising documentation for execution' and 'anticipating further progress'. It's all getting rather wearying. Considering how far away Tulu Kapi was from all the fighting it does make you wonder what exactly is required for all parties to be satisfied that the area is 'safe'. 20 years of peace & harmony? I can see this dragging on until October again and if there's another outvreak of fighting who knows what will happen. Does internal conflict stop compaines operating in NIgeria or DRC? No it doesn't so it's just more delaying bull****.

Even the Hawiah update, promised numerous times to be coming before the end of December is now expected in January 2022. The Presentation given on December 1st still alluded to a potential 14p share price. What chance of that now with such a huge dilution? Exactly, none. **** them all, ****ing snake oil salesmen. All you rampers can go **** yourselves as well. I've been here since the 'meeting for release of funds' in January 2020 and it's been bull**** from the company for 2 years.

Exactly Rob. Financial Close was supposed to be in March 2021 originally, at which time the Tigray conflict had already been going on for 4 months. There is no reason why this shouldn't close by the end of January 2022 deadline. Harry needs to stop looking for excuses and get it done.

No matter how many sad, bitter, pathetic ****s post on here I still believe that KEFI will come good in Ethiopia. The company has spent 8 years in the country trying to make this happen and it's too close now to give up. Yes the share price has dropped alarmingly recently but it will recover quickly once funding comes in. I'm done with all the juveniles, illiterates and 'ex fund managers' (ahem...) on here but good luck to all genuine shareholders and thanks to those such as Robjm66 & Simms45 for the useful info. Let's see where we are in a year from now, I shall continue to hold my shares in KEFI. Best Wishes.

Another major problem is that KEFI has no money and every extra month this is delayed the more they have to borrow (at 25% interest rate) to keep going so the bigger the debt they have to repay and the greater the share dilution at some point in the next few months. At least if if drags until the New Year Harry won't get that first $500k bonus but no doubt they'll engineer another one at some point or just give him another few million shares...

No mention of a Govt deadline extension. Presumably it's been agreed until 31st December 2021? I really can't understand why the Financial Close can't proceed due to the inability to visit the site. Nothing is due to start on-site for at least the first 6 months anyway...Strikes me as just more BS excuses sadly...

OK some good news but what about the launch deadline of 31st October 2021? We need the MOM to confirm that they've allowed KEFI more time otherwise I can't see the share price recovering much. We've only got effectively until Friday before the plug could be pulled...

I don't think the RNS is reassuring. 'We remain confident of TKGM's licence tenure' is on a par with 'we remain confident that Financial Close will occur in March, June, July...As to the security concerns - this appears to be ethnic violence which sadly is a common occurrence in Ethiopia. When you have people like the OLF fighting for independence there will always be massacres. I can't see a time when all will be calm. I can't see why the Project can't be launched despite these concerns as no on-site works are due to start for at least 6 months anyway...

Cracker10 - TW is Tiger Woods. I understand he's been tweeting about KEFI for weeks now...not sure why. Why you feel the need to upload so many messages about a company you clearly have no shares in is a total mystery to me. You obviously have nothing better to do, which is a bit sad...
