Never mind an update on Texas - we need the Accounts to be published, the Website to be back up and the suspension to be lifted - next week. News can wait.

If this situation continues much longer, no serious investors would ever risk money on this company, or trust the current Board to successfully run the business...

It will be 3 weeks on Monday since the RNS stating that they'd retrieved the bank statements in order for the accounts to be 'completed'. As Westend were appointed on 31/07/2024 t does make me wonder exactly what they were doing for the first 3 months... I would hope we hear this Monday that the accounts are done and the website is back up. There should be no further excuses. This is already farcical, if it's suspended for 4 months it would be disgraceful.

I see MrPositivity & InvestDreamer are brand new accounts opended today. Probably the same person talking to himself and just Pubcrawl/Neil777 under a new name. I think this share would be better off without these obvious 10% traders...By the way it's Premier Miton, there is no L in their name. Come back tomorrow and tell us all how you've just made a another top-up at these rock-bottom prices...

Ssccss - HE1 diluted way more than 30% back in December 2023, and the shares still went up from 0.19p to around £2.80 for a while once the early drilling results were announced in January 2024. It's been diluted a hell of a lot more since then but for a while some were sitting on a 2,000% profit.

Not sure why people are saying there has been no communication - there was an RNS on 25/09, so approx. 1 week ago. Ok , it didn’t say much re. Accounts but it’s not like there’s been nothing at all from the company.

The Oil price is at a 3 year low, the Lithium price has crashed 75% this year...I'm beginning to think this being suspended is better for us anyway!

Reading today's comments on here I've come to the conclusion that this board is now just a waste of my time. I've therefore decided to head over to the GGP chat page and post there instead from now on.

Don't get me wrong, I don't hold any GGP shares, I also don't intend to ever buy any GGP shares, but I will be posting there around 6 times a day running down the management & pointing out how deluded and stupid the shareholder are. Why, you might ask? No reason at all. See you around.

Whatever justification or nonsense anyone spouts on here, the share being suspended this long & the website still being unavailable is extremely poor from the company and would inspire no confidence from serious investors.

oh just **** off lantier. bragging about retiring in your early forties but trying to make a few percent profit trading aim shares. who's the clueless one? if i had enough money to retire in my early forties i'd stick all my money in a us tracker and make 10% profit each year.

Wasn't that Neil Woodford's game as well? Didn't pan out well for him...I assume you're a trader rather than an investor. Not sure I'd bother with ARC if that's the case, it's a definite buy & hold I'd say. If you want to trade get over to HE1, it goes up and down like a yo-yo...

Post a bid for 20p and you'll find a seller - me. Sometimes there is just no market. I tried to offload my GWMO shares a couple of days ago, couldn't find any buyer at all for just a small number of shares. Again, no news from the company being the problem. Maybe i'm ignorant when it comes to share trading but I don't profess to be an expert.

Peggycilla - If you didn't devote all your time to posting negative comments on here you might have seen the opportunity at PPP like I did. ARC will come good soon though, the results from Zambia will see to that.

Lantier - I think you're making this sound a lot more complicated than it actually is. There has been hardly any trading on this share the last few days because anyone selling would be doing so almost certainly at a loss and no-one is buying as there has been no news from the company for a month now. If the drill results from Botswana & Zambia are good then buyers will return and push up the price and if they are not good it will go down. People can talk about trading patterns or charts all they like but it's news & results that affect price. Look at PPP, on recent good news the share price went up almost 2,000% in 2 weeks.

From the 31st July RNS:

'Hook up of the plant for initial operations can now commence and the system tested prior to first production.'

It sounded to me like they were ready to go, it shouldn't take 5 weeks to test it, it's not a Nuclear plant...

Also, if they weren't ready to start, why did they raise funds back in June to enable them to move the raw material to the site?

BristolJules - It's 5 and a half weeks now since the permit was finalised, not 30 days. They could at least have given an update on how things are progressing and whether they've had any issues etc. The share price hasn't moved at all since the permit was granted despite all the hype about how it would 10x once the green light was given. I think the company needs to start giving regular updates for this to go anywhere, or we'll still be sitting at 0.04 when the next placing is done...
