Yes MrIndia I agree I think Hemo have been too busy to keep us all up to date on the progress but I think the next RNS will be a bombshell. ( probably wrong analogy in these times)

I think in the next few weeks will see an avalanche of news followed by a good re rate of the SP.

I am expecting these RNSs to include Made, patients and general progress.

I personally do not think there is any buy out type deal in the wings at the moment.

Yes I agree that updates are overdue and communications are not the best.

But I am so happy to be involved with a company that puts the science in front of pleasing their shareholders in the short term.

I am sure that all LTHs will be more than adequately rewarded in the not so long term.

Managed some partial order fills at 1005 and 1015. I try to put orders in with 10 mins to close as my brokers sometimes need to sell or buy at close to balance.

Well hopefully I managed to acquire a load of those sells at good price.

DS is not buying for anyone else. The last raise as a small group of investors (myself included) who have the financial well-being of HEMO at heart. We all have very sticky fingers and want Vlad to do what he does best and not have to worry about cash flow. Obviously we want a good return on investment but not a quick buck as we can see his vision. LTHs would be advised to use all your ISA allowance's now and in April.

Pumpkin. Electronic transfer is same day broker to broker but to have them added to your account, takes about 5 days.

Paper shares which are sent by mail/ courier can take six weeks to show on your account.

But the last raise shares and warrants are in very sticky hands that are going for gold not a quick few quid.

SP has not even held above warrant price yet.

The shares were only sent out last Friday and then they have to be applied to the investors account which can take a week.

So I expect TR1 end of week or beginning of next.

We did not ask for discount just a deal made on previous close. Yes the warrants were a bonus but yet again not at a discount at plus £1.50. We are all looking for a good future for HEMO.

The shares were purchased to hold not trade till we hit gold.

There was no discount the price was set from the closing price the night before. The warrants were one for one plus £1.50.

There are many deals like this but they are mainly at lower price with good warrant terms.

.The warrants will not be dumped they are in good hands by people who genuinely want this to work for humanity.

Yes it diluted the shares slightly 4%. But it will put he share price up knowing that progress can continue.

I see your figures as best case, I am a little bit more skeptical on the values and burn rate.

But it is going in the correct direction and I would like you to be proved correct.

If anyone thinks this raise is unfair to shareholders ( even though at time of raise price was about 750)

Please give me your thoughts of how it should have been done.

This funding was organized weeks ago when price was 750.

Warrants at 900 were fair and they are not in toxic hands.

This is a valuable line of finance to HEMO that can be repeated to reach our goals if needed.

I do not think HEMO will get sold off soon perhaps after 4 patients and a child prove the science beyond any doubt.
