Hey Sankeys Can't imagine is too long a job... Maybe one and a bit weeks, two tops ??? For 350m sidetrack, will need to join together about 35 sections of casing (approx 10m each section) lower down-hole and then pump concrete out of the bottom of the casing so it goes up around it... the let it cure and harden. Then can drill out bottom and insert production tubing etc for perforation/pack liner etc, sounds like not open hole like A5... maybe another two weeks... Is hard to guess... Think will see battery (lighter and improved capacity) and fuel efficiency improvements, think hybrid with solar panels on top of wings, think also photovoltaic tech needs to improve output... Is a few years away yet, stripping out pollutants from emissions is also a focus. MO

Hey Chilts.... Q88 has as 670k without ballast.... MO has as 450k-500k based on time, 30 hour offload... with some ballast... MO is being super conservative at the mo, so happy to be under estimating... Good luck MO

If Kraken is back to full-on roaring then in MO's opinion 32p is way cheap... Did think 40p+ was low if 2018 work plan delivers... MO is much happier now, plus MO went to watch Fulham at Wembley on Saturday, great day out, was victorious and will be back in premier league next season... Plus had bonus CASP this morning finding 121m of oil... Think will freeze frame it now... Good luck all MO

In summary... Kraken is undergoing final commissioning... "certain instrumentation, processes and controls continue to be tested." and as part of optimisation... "This takes wells offline sequentially and so naturally lowers rates in the short term and therefore can impact the lifting schedule" As all ENQers know, proof is in pudding... Tanker #17.... Have today received a very courteous email reply from ENQ regarding my AGM question... Nothing company confidential was disclosed, but an understanding of the process going on was provided. Rig already on site, awaiting drilling mud from 801... "At Deep Well A5 work continues to prepare the mobilised rig to remove the pipe from the well and thereby clear the obstruction, which resulted in a suspension of the 90-day flow test towards the end of 2017. We expect to commence operations in the near future once the drilling mud in use at Deep Well 801 becomes available." So should have news on A5 in June... If replacing pre-perforated liner then should not take too long... Hopefully 801 will be flowing by then and a crescendo of good news is unleashed.... Can hope and dream ;-} Can apply for MJF full licence soon also.... Keep up the good work CASP... It's good to learn !!! MO

Great to see early results on 801.... 121m of payzone over 3 intervals.... At top of reservoir... Not to be sniffed at... better and more appropriate drilling mud was key !!!! Can see what oil migrates up !!! If can prove up a couple/few of hundred million 2P, then CASP/BNG will be valued in billions of USD $ !!!! MO is very happy to be a CASPer on this day.... MO is tolerant, but expect testing to improve flow rates, MO got concerned when current looking like 32.5k bopd... Maybe revert to Feb configuration was 40k+ All else is top... Cheers MO
