Hey E121 Did see FS Cygnus (using past track) at nose during weekend's post offload visit to aK, AIS coverage was poor, but enough data to assume did some nose stuff. Is a question of seeing how goes... Some 11/12 day tankers would not go amiss... TL at Alma tomorrow lunchtime... Cheers MO

Original money already spent, Enquest Producer costs same'ish whether 2k or 12k bpd, will help bring OPEX down even if workover is costed to OPEX, if can get 5k extra is double return in year, 10k is quadruple... Is good $30m gross investment, fingers crossed for good results... Is Skandi crew towing, have left Maersk Laser to collect now unused anchors... Good morning all... FS Cygnus on port (left if facing forwards) side of AK around mid-ship, is probably loading stores and offloading used stuff... If doing nose works, tend to be near bow (tip/front) on the starboard (right) side, might switch sides later or tomorrow morning, see how pans out... TL is on the move to Alma @ 5kts Have good-un MO

Have been looking at STS (ship-to-ship) candidate for Scapa Flow, NS Concord... Will be worth seeing what value comes out for double-check... Currently has 8.2m draught = 275k barrels (44k MT) of salt water ballast Probably won't have figure until late Monday... Have in-laws visiting tomorrow, so might have to sneak away to check ships, lol MO

OK.... This is how my new formula with aid of Q88 shows results... Am still testing, so no guarantee... Have given a few permutations of possible results.... What we know... AS turned up with draught of 9.1m, this shows had approx 49k Metric Tons (300k barrels) of salt-water ballast... AS left with a draught of 12.9m 1) if done by latest time guess = 30 hours = 450k 2) if all ballast on AS is discharged, 12.9m = 550k 3) if 50% ballast discharged, 12.9m = 400k 4) if 75% ballast discharged, 12.9m = 475k Take your pick, or have a guess... MO has made his guess, is 400k-450k (soz all) Obviously would love a 550k, but trying to be suuuuper-conservative, if need to up-figures when reconciling with actuals, will be more generous in future... Have good-un all, see what FS Cygnus is up to, Hope TL near Alma during Monday, will take a while to setup when there... MO

Hey E121 From drilling rig moves previously observed, tend to leave one AHTS at site, i.e. Western Isles to collect the now 8x unused anchors now attached to buoys, will probably have two ships towing TL, and Island Vanguard will fill the gap when at Alma. I'm pretty certain TL's anchors were pre-laid end of May at Alma, so will be connecting up and tensioning anchors, some vids on AHTS on YT if interested, looks like it can get rough as have safety shields etc... AIS is due to no AIS repeater in range... Was good with the Don, now at Alma !!! Also have FS Cygnus lurking a couple of nm south, hope is weekly replenishment of stores, will see if does any lippy, is difficult with bitty AIS... Have good-un MO

Good day Jan.... Make sure to chill well, some Californian rose' are quite nice, sometimes a little too sweet.. Pinot Grigio ? also a nice grape MO has gone suuuuppppper-conservative on offloads, and lately have assigned 15k per hour, MO realises AK's pumps can do 28.8k, but have gone really tight on offloads... Do also check draught/ballast and have a MO version 4 formula on trial, lol MO just hoping nose work and commissioning about done and can get back to 45k-50k and 55k'ish with DC4, is similar with early years production forecast for original FDP, if can perform like Captain field, have good confidence Kraken can deliver for 20 years... Still think H2 is lined up to be good, will be quiet on news, maybe AK 20% or Magnus news, but knowing ENQ, will be quiet until August update... Unless get takeover bid or something... Will keep and eye, but also have other duties... Will not rule out a top-up or two, if things appear to be going well and price is right. If observe something interesting, will be certain to share with fellow LSE ENQers... Have good-un MO

Good morning Heardy... Can just look at Carillion (CLLN) if need to see example... Would much prefer a company that maybe undervalued by market, than massively over valued and destined for bankruptcy... Tax payers got stung for at least $140m, whilst others made a killing. It is the market, warts n all... Can be extremely ruthless, but also rewarding, is like most things in life, a risk !!! Anyway.... Hiya Chilts Might be a quicker load, can see Orkney (Scapa Flow) shipping has again changed AS ETA from 11-Jun 01:00 to 10-Jun-10:00, so AS will probably leave this evening for maybe 28-30 hour offload. If thinking how ENQ handled AK... Remember First Oil going bust, ENQ took on all CAPEX for their 10.5% didn't help ENQ's cash flow, but managed through !!! Delek trying their luck, so was very tight... ENQ stayed strong and lean... Had some issues with Alma, which will hopefully be fully addressed this month and Scolty/Crathes, which will have to wait until 2019. Is long game, MO tired like Bagpuss.... Latz MO

ENQ are ok KO... in MO's view anyway... Think Kraken FID was costed at $90 per barrel, but since have reduced CAPEX from $3.2b to $2.3b is reflected in break-even figure... Think all US are trying to do is transfer oil supply from Iran to other countries... Why stopping European refineries importing Iranian crude... Is TOP Gods business... MO

Did you ever try some rose', pinotage grape from South Africa is very nice and always delivers :-) MO can clearly remember at end of world party in Jan 2016 went Brent Poo was $27-29 Big banks and trading houses were calling $19 FFS was terrifying if listening to them !!!
