CASP have disappointed on the deeps, but are getting closer to deep success, as long as learning and progressing am happy.

Need to keep wells very clean, when side-track milling casing at serious depths, sometimes heavy debris gets stuck, i.e. metal milling fragments.

Are tools to prevent, so CASP need to evolve...

MJF NPV is around > $500m at current Brent Poo, so license is well needed to progress, fingers crossed.

Cannot blame CASP for intimate public domain info, they have no control of public domain info, am glad as like info...

Companies will always report top level info.

Is the same for all UK oilers, can get get extensive info from UK OGA, re licensing, wells online/offline etc, is standard for the business, MO not complaining, Kaz Matrix is tough to learn, but MO's enjoying the challenge !!! Development Information Matrix is good for USA, also Norway is a good public domain source of info... Some not so good, i.e. Iraq

Must confess, seeing MJF license will be nice. Hopefully this week :-)

There is no change in the Mr Saylganov's beneficial shareholding in the Company and he continues to have an interest and voting rights in 175,682,697 ordinary shares representing 10.5% of the issued share capital.

Voting rights in relation to the shares being pledged are not affected and remain with Mr Kairat Satylganov.

South Yelemes has 805, 806, 807, 54 and possible new structure to east, well 808, so maybe planning to expand on 54 or 808 data and looking to plan, hence above tender. Well 54's 90 day test recently finished, so maybe went well, have not yet seen 808 flaring permit, but CASP have previously mentioned if 808 looked good, would add two more wells.

MJF (South-Yelemes, north unit) License, the wait continues, MO's guess is 30th April, will be 6 weeks since environmental approval on 12-March, can hope !!!

Was just doing a practice NPV on MJF... Say if P1 is 20m bbls, at current Brent Poo = around $35 per barrel profit with full production license, so is NPV of 500-700m USD, on MJF alone.

Do realise is complicated, is why waiting on news.

Calendar plan

Don't think MO would spend $4,400 on third-party report... Is equivalent of 500+ bottles of good Rose', more if MO can get deals...

If report had any real sensitive info, would not be able to buy unless Dunga purposely looking for investment, which is unlikely.

BNG is main attraction for MO, if BoD not stuck to original share 3AB cost/allocation at 150m shares @ 12p would think is bad deal, Bod re-priced at current SP, so no probs there...

As always said, is now with CASP to deliver on objectives...

Is best way to judge...

Have had a reasonable look at 3AB geology, existing fields, Dunga etc, should at minimum pay for-self with a shallow discovery or two, is a completely different basin to BNG, so nothing is guaranteed...

Except that Dunga field owners (Total/Maersk) believe oil is from a deeper source !!! Have posted link before...

Think CASP are gambling/hoping on similar sub-salt features to BNG, MO must confess, not even sure if have a salt layer there, the mid Caspian basin appeared when the Caucasus mountain range, North Georgia was formed and later than the pre-Caspian ring that BNG is in.

MO certainly not mug, maybe still learning, too polite or naive, am also happy to wait for dividend.

With regard to existing assets, should get some news on 54 well, nearing end of 90 day test, could be a good horizontal candidate...

Looking forward to some A5 and 801 flaring permits on elicense, would be nice to see to vid from A8 too...

Pretty sure is total gas flaring allowed for permitted test over 90 days, so good estimate is important... i.e. If after say 60 days are nearing max, then need to stop producing/testing...

There is a recent flaring license to test the flank well 142 (dated 13-Mar-2019)

"0.0648 million cubic meters, including: 1) 0.0648 million cubic meters in the test object M-I in the ranges 1947-1954 m.. Test period: 90 days"

So is 64,800 M3 / 3.2347 = 20,032 barrels oil / 90 days = 222 bopd

Is tricky until get actuals to baseline against...
