Captain, Novacyt would be a multibillion company thru aquisitions , merger and with more than a billion cash within 5 years time.
For Avacta , it has to conduct clinical trials from phase 1 to phase 3 just to probe if its technology is working. Conducting clinical trial require big amount of money. Avacta would issue a lot confetti and more dilutions to come. Forget about Covid 19 products, Avacta would be lucky if it can sell £20 million a year in a very competitive market.

Captain, Avacta is a long - term investment. It is a biotech company. It still needs to start phase 1 study. The market cap is overvalued at the moment. Imho, the company would issue more confetti and more dilution to come before they start phase 1.
