Barwick it is a fact that less people will be buying seed because they are unable to buy it through their brokers.

People cant even be bothered doing their own research let alone going through the hassle of changing brokers so they can purchase one fund.

It's not the be all and end all but it seriously doesnt help.

I've taken Ed to task about Barclays ever since they disallowed sales of FFWD and his answer has always remained the same. I also work in banking and have phoned barclays numerous times to question their decisions and found them secretive and unhelpful.

Facts : FFWD sent their kiid document to Barclays as and when they were required to
Facts Barclays refused to deal with FFWD not because of not having all the information made available to them but because Barclays made a decision not to sell them.

Opinion. My opinion is that Barclays wouldnt get involved due to Crypto related aspects of FFWD at the time and quite possibly because of the murky waters that cannabis creates in banking.

Fact: Barclays have still never openly clearly declared to anyone why they will not offer normal service.

Timeline for approval
The California cities’ proposal is now open for a 30-day public comment period. The Department of Finance and the Legislative Analyst have 50 days to craft a study estimating costs or revenue to the state from it. Once those tasks are complete, the proposal will be sent to the Secretary to State, and those backing the petition can begin collecting signatures to qualify the proposal for the ballot. According to the Secretary of State website, any initiatives for the November 2022 ballot must be qualified by June 30, 2022.
