There are many reasons posters do that

The main one is when a SP has a large spike up, some short them, then the big boss uses a paid poster or posters to do the negative posts till they cash in.

Other cases, just because other posters not getting well with some of the ones being bullish about the Company.

The ones wanting the share price lower because they are not in, so they can get in below that price.
