We know that the delay trades and some trades are very close to the middle price, but the amounts are a bit staggering. Many CFD's have to be in order to cover the difference in amounts.

The share price was marked down and shorted, as many were aware that a placing was on the way, no wonder the placing price was at a premium. The bounce back should be on the way, though it may take some time to reach those highs again. Usually, it happens after placements, although it seems the institutions are holders rather than traders. It will help on the bounce as the Indicators are at oversold and mainly the MACD is ready to cross above "0".
