If you observe the photos from the 25th Oct on Facebook you can clearly bsee where the storage tanks are and where the loading spout/ pipe is located you can clearly work out that an oil tanker was present to the left of the oil tanks.

He1 is finally producing oil. And no activities can be noticed besides loading oil tankers.
