As for what I would have done differently to MB.

I would have definitely got local knowledge first and interact with local council before drilling.

I would not have taken the local governor to court.

I would not have spent millions on Wildcats.

I would have definitely spent more time in resolving local issues in person and not send minions .

I would interact with shareholders more frequently

The problem lies with how this company is managed.

The oil is present

The workforce are available

The infrastructure is present

The demand is there

We just don't have the right team
