The Chinese company DQE employ all Mongols . How does that work.

H1 has been completed. DQE is not involved in H1. Production team is employed by PM. Hence they are Mongolians.and are on site all year round. Too keep an eye on diesel generator etc .

DQE drilling team is mainly Chinese.

They go back to China during winter. .

Mongols are not part of DQE workforce. PM has no say in who DQE employ.

We employ security on site who might be Mongols. Some office staff who are Mongols.

But the drilling testing is contracted out.
