PM can easily start to make money within few weeks if MB starts putting pressure on the mrpam.

Mb has been going on about DQE talks for very long time but no proof of contracts being signed. Its been on advance stage since last year.

For PM to succeed we need someone more active and confident .

I think PM has every right to take locals to court and get compensation.

He can do what he wants. PM has legal rights now. It was different in 2019. PM didn't get permission to drill from locals. This has been approved by the Mongolian Government so no one can stop PM now.

PM has paid for block 20 and has approval from the cabinet.

Oil pipeline is going from PC facilities to the refinery. What are people trying to say is PM will truck it to the refinery which is about 500km away.

Doesn't make business sense. PM will always have to rely on PC facilities, refinery or no refinery.

Refinery is not relevant to PM operations.

PM will have to use PC facilities either way. PM will not be selling to the refinery direct. It will always have to use PC facilities.

Refinery won't have any impact on PM.

We have waited very very long time .

It took approximately a month for each ministry with paperwork.

This paperwork should be signed by end of July.

DOZ i think the Mongols are totally wrong , if a contract is signed you respect that contract. You can't suddenly want to make changes because PC has started to make money. They took the risk just like PM.

They should start exploring themselves if they want a larger share.

I think PM has every right to challenge the local government for loss of revenue in court.

PM sgould take this matter further so they will not face this sort of situation and should make an example .

Petrovis involved at the highest level with the government.

With the help of a grant from the Republic of Korea, the Ministry of Minerals and Petroleum and KOICA are implementing a project to improve the quality control system of petroleum products in 2021-2025.

In this context, on July 26-28, 2023, the Korean Oil Department (K-Petro), the project implementer, organized a training on the standard requirements for the quality of oil products, the control system, the legal framework, and the methods and technologies for quality inspection of products.

The training was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Minerals and Oil Department, General Department of Customs, four provincial laboratories under the General Department of Customs, Mongolian Oil Refinery, "Liquid Fuel Transshipment Facility" SOE, "Petrovis" LLC, "Magnai Trade" LLC, and "Shunkhlai Trade" LLC.

Within the framework of the above project, works such as renovation of the central laboratory of mining and petroleum, creation of a new environment in accordance with international standards, supply of analysis equipment, capacity building of analysis experts are being planned and implemented in phases.

It won't make any difference to PM. PM will have to sell oil to PC. PM doesn't have any facilities.
