The most important reason is the oil refinery which needs feeding stock and PC can not fulfill on its own. Pipeline from PC facilities to the refinery is almost finished.

Know your investments and stick to this historical moment where PM will be making money and Mongolia will have it's first refinery with oil supplied by PM.
