The CMD takes on a greater significance now. A robust reaffirmation on the low oil stress test as in the annual report plus the productivity and longevity of Lancaster will hopefully give us hope that it will be a case of sit tight and ride out the storm.

Watch WTI rocket tomorrow when the future contracts expire and are rolled over.

It may be raining outside but good to see turnturnturm is full of positivity and as ever a ray of much needed sunshine.

There certainly seems to be some corroboration between the two. Selene prospect relinquished by PMG picked up by CLNR. If there is any merger I would think PMG will wait until the farm out process is further along on the road. PMG and CLNR have good assets but both need a big player as JV. Big ask at the moment.

Above reported in CLNR finals.
PMG have 75% of Blackadder and CLNR 25%.
“Technical work continuing on Licence P2428 (Cupertino), P2424 (Cortez) and P2435 (Blackadder) in advance of prospective farm-outs”

Assuming OPEC agree on a way to stabilise crude, mid to late next week would be a good time to issue the ops. update ?

Bitethebull- morning, yes still in here. The revenue/ profit was predictable and I gave my view on that here a few days ago. What I was not expecting was the cash burn and will have a detailed look when I get the. time.
PMG in a weak position re. GPA in the short term at least and it is hard to see where any substantial growth will come from.
Best regards

Thi will get hammered this morning and rightly so.

When PMG bought Pitreadie land for the renewables arm which I was not happy about being a related transaction, Cross and associates owned 26.25 % of the enlarged equity therefore a hostile bid became impossible. As a result of the transaction Cross and the directors of Pitreadie legally became a concert party so any other shareholders would have to be offered the same terms (in excess of 50p.) which is some comfort. As Davde posts, why would he. Care to elaborate.

It will be interesting to see how flexible O.G.A. will be in regards to Lincoln.

robs12 - I should learn to read correctly the FCA press release does not apply to AIM companies so Interims should be later this week. Apologises.
GLA.
Parkmead due to announce Interims later this week sothere may be a delay. The F.C.A. advice refers to Prelims. So not 100% sure the Interims will be affected.
