From a PR perspective it is a no brainer not to issue a RNS . Although AIM rules are vague, any information that could have a material impact on the share price should be announced. If loading goes well $25M. landing in your bank account on completion of loading sounds material to me as the data still needs time to catch up with the promise.

I know the term is used in the Pathfinder Project update but they do not actually approve it. It is a check list that O.G.A. work by, marine safety, environmental and if these pass the test that is it. I know O.G.A. never comment or do press releases for FEED as I have asked the question before. We will probably wait a long time before PMG announce anything so Researching on service companies etc. will be the best bet. Personally I think it is nonsense the. lack of information by PMG as discussed here regularly, but it is the way Cross has always operated.

No never met him, but my family is surrounded by people in the industry. Three people they have respect for, Tom Cross now and when at Dana , Graham Stewart Faroe and Robert Trice Hurricane. Has to be remembered that everything stood still for three years because of oil price crash, hopefully the next three years will be more rewarding. Faroe taken over, Hurricane looking good and PMG ?

The best place for info. Re. PMG Netherlands assets. Vermilion had a new well to their figures which account for the increase in production. PMG were not partners in this though. I expect end of year production for PMG to be little changed and as Vermilion hedge 60% of gas through TTF the fall in gas prices should not have any significant downside, perhaps compensated by a more favourable euro/ pound rate. Some important progress reports due before end of the year plus Buchan area awards.

Bitethebull yes you are correct , not my research but I have checked the facts. Energean have bought the assets and want to divest the North Sea segment. Some assets in SNS and some in OMF with the links to Scott etc. Certainly enough to make you think I wonder. North Sea assets value around £60M. Perhaps things will look clearer after the Buchan area awards.

Are you seriously comparing Cole with Tom Cross ? I am no fan of the comms. With PMG but Cross has done it before and is a respected figure within the industry. Insulting and not even funny.

We all share your frustration, but it is the way Cross has always operated and I cannot see him changing anytime soon. Keep your eyes on the bulletin boards over the next few days. Something has come to light that MAY just be of interest to PMG.

Mommur Good luck with your other holdings. We all have different timescales and where we put our money. My own personal opinion is that we are probably two/three years away from seeing the assets feed through to the accounts in a meaningful way. I will sit it out but understand your decision.

If Platypus goes north east to Cleeton (not my research) it would seem very probable that Pharos would be tied in as well. OGA pushing the MER concept even harder now

With Platypus progressing anyone think that Pharos might be involved in the 32nd. round . It would fit well with all the other licences religuished and then taken back on. Davaar, Skerryvore to name just two.

Strange this press release appears to have been pulled. I did not take too much interest as PMG not awarded any blocks from memory BP were prominent also noticed Faroe and Burgate. Did anyone download the awards.

Robs 12 let me know if you get a response. Vermilion reported increased production at Diever in their reports months before PMG announced it in their results, that is why I always use Vermilion for NL assets. Likewise Brakel being shut in for mods on the Vermilion site ages before PMG announced it in their results. As I say not right but TC only issues accounts as a small confession to small investors !
