Cannot disagree with your sentiment, however the "form" is there if you research enough. There is no doubt that the company has not progressed as fast as we would have hoped but in context to the oil price it is doing o.k. and as we know some have already folded. I expect the Interims to beat brokers estimates but not by a huge amount. The price of natural gas was reletively strong in the six months covered in the accounts and Dieter West is producing above expectations. I would be happy to be in the black by about £3M. GLA.

You are doing well with TRIN Danawinner well done. With ref. to PMG just something that may or not be significant. Atlantic Petroleum have just sold their 25% of Orlando to Decipher Energy for a small upfront fee of £1M, the rest by way of a small % on production. Decipher Energy is a recently incorporated company with the directors being ex. First Oil. I wonder who will buy the remaining 75% of Orlando off the Administrators of Iona Energy? GLA.

Certainly called this one wrong. I thought it would sit a lot lower until results.Only another 31p. and I will have my head above water.Perhaps I am too biased but X Sense and its possibilities could result in a radical redesign of devices if it does gain traction. Hopefully the market will forgive the disappointment of this year.

Chris 211 I would not be in a rush to buy at the moment, apart from the fact that this one owes me money. Unless there is positive news before the results (unlikely in the first quarter) it will be the MM's plaything until results. I would expect this to drift around 160 - 165 in the coming weeks. Perhaps PMG is one to research anywhere between 259 - 265 may be an entry point. Positive news expected in the next few weeks. An AIM stock so please research well or take some advise. Good luck.

I am glad I heard the web cast last night but was unprepared with the strength of the rise this morning.Curious as it only confirmed what CAR stated on the 22nd. January. Not complaining mind you lets hope we can calm down over the next few weeks and look forward to positive results on the 31 st. March.

Atmel believes that it is appropriate to exclude the loss related to foundry arrangements from Atmel's non-GAAP financial measures as these losses are generally not reflective of ongoing operating performance and it enhances the ability of investors to compare Atmel's period-over-period operating results from continuing operations.

Webcast in relation to X Sense appeared neutral to slightly positive going forward as far as CIT is concerned. Worth a listen. Atmel expect to see sequential quarter by quarter increase. There are no quality issue with the product and X Sense compared to ITO is produced at a lower cost. I dare say our good friends the MM's will try a few tree shakes but as far as I am concerned there was nothing to suggest that CIT is a dead duck. I will continue to hold for the time being.

Faroe Petroleum (FPM) has announced that the Solberg appraisal well, operated by Wintershull, has begun drilling to asses the Rodriguez discovery. Buy.

Hopes/fear isn't that how the MM's make their money? If you invest in hope you will lose likewise if you sell in fear. I've done my research and this is a hold at 160 and a buy at 155 or less. Come 31st. March we will see.

Please do your own research but CAR is looking increasingly like a hold for current investors and possibly a buy for new investors. We know that the disaster area CIT will make at least 2.7m revenue to the end of the financial year. I would assume that the BOD have given a wider margin for error so I believe it would be a reasonable assumption that revenue will be slightly north of 3m.but short of the lower previous guidance of 4 - 7 m. albeit with lower margins. We know that the other parts of the company are performing well. The numbers look O.K. to me at £1.60. I would say anything less and I would be tempted to put a toe in the water but as I am presently underwater I am not sure how that would work,

As its 2 p.m. P.T. time and 10 p.m. U.K. time not sure if I want give give myself a sleepless night..Has to be remembered that this is really small beer for Atmel but they might give XSense a mention as to the production situation.M.M.'s enjoying themselves this morning and who can blame them. I have been invested here since 2010 but overall underwater on this one.
