Hard to call the market at the moment and surprisingly buoyant in the US despite the world awaiting the Israel response.

Throwing up heaps of opportunities on a daily basis. Rotation is very lucrative for many if you get the timing right, even in a down market. Shares peak and settle, fall and rise. Plenty for everyone.

Miners rallied eg FRES

Finance rallied eg PRU

Pharmas rallied eg SN.

O&G rallied eg BP. HBR HTG

Airlines and travel rallied IAG EZJ TUI

Add trim rinse and repeat !

Interesting that Canaccord have raised it as a buy and increased the price target from 225 to 250p per share. Let's see 150p first and then do a Greencore !

I put it down to the oil price reversal and yes I know it should not be directly correlated but it closely is.

Added at the close again and will awiat higher prices in the future be it Oct Dec or 2 years from now. I expect it to be this month.

Was down at 270p before, could go to £zero :), but realistically with the FSA not due to report until May 2025 it is very tradeable at these levels.

WIll Melrose be a nimble winner - £5 will be back but a blink - add for the Christmas rally, interest rate cuts and the 46k DOW and .

I remember calling the 40k DOW at 31k and the SP5k at 3.8k and in the US the trend is going skywards (with corrections along the way) and will bring all boats higher. (expecting a correction at some point to 38k DOW & 5400 SP.)

Buy the dips especially the BIG ONES.

With JD. is always seems a safe bet to add at these levels.

The 105 - 119 range broke upwards capped at 130p before the last move to 157p. The range is 130 to 157p but geopolitical will create value again.

Adding increasingly more at each drop and would welcome the 110 range again, however it seems unlikely unless world events trigger US sell off and then could be quickly reached.

JD. is a winner. Timing is tricky and although exiting proved lucrative, this drop is a great tranche adder to repeat the same again in a few months time.

Filling my boots again and content to add preivous sales all the way down.

All seems plausible but it is outside their control. Happy for a 10p bounce from 119p but ready to cash in.

Got a nice pop on VIstry and that has almost paid for 5000 SNR shares !

Senior has taken the necessary reaction to Boeing and Airbus strikes so should be rewarded not punished. An add all the way even. If it revisits 50p then bet the house !
