Twisting as usual - the point re tax losses is that it means there is still a value well above zero. PFC is not the first company to go through a restructuring. TUI EZJ come to mind recently.

PFC is part of a balanced portfolio for me. That is key.

Sub 14p to 18p - hmm - you must be scratching your head atm.

Must be galling to panic out for sub 14p when 18p is available.

to be fair. my posts our honest and if I was out I would have said. I add and trim and am still a holder. As I have posted before it is worth a taxable loss so never worth £NIL.

The maket today is acting as to how I would have expected will sellers fleeing and yes the price is already off the lows.

I prefer to wiat and see.

My main surprise was that the shares had not been suspended today and my contrarian view is that is a good thing.

If you want out then exit. I prefer to hold and will not panic out.

Many disagree of course, but that is where I am today.

I note that despite the news we have not (yet) broken new lows.

Too long in the tooth to get excited and influenced by others so will leave it there for today.

PFC has a great future imho and will remain invested @ my sub 37p average.

Expect the unexpected.

Yesterday the sell off was irrational and should recover a large part of it today. The results will push the year highs.

Worth noting also some pretty chunky volume over the last 2 sessions, above the norm.

Have owned since flotationsince, as posted before and dividends alone have more that recouped the initial investment many years ago.

Detested the abdn name change but have traded my average to a ridiculously low average, even recently, the moves from pre div 151/2p, capturing 136-145-137-144-135-144 repeatedly - garners neat adds while keeping the average low. £600/ £800 every few days soon adds up in an ISA holding.

With a 14p+ dividend this is heading back to the 160p/180p range in the next 6 months. Will lighten up as it rises above 152p as instinct made me add and trim at every blip up and down and overinvested here.

Bid interest will shoot to 220 /240p, when rather than if IMHO.

Liebour have to fool the electorate into voting them in with a majority.
