The reason I ask is because GCM’s business model or proposal has changed dramatically in the last few years.

The original proposal was to sell coal but now we are proposing to build power plants and sell electricity into the grid.

If anyone would like to attempt some sort of logical valuation I’d love to hear it.

The fact that polo have increased to near on 30% is extremely encouraging as they know where this project is at.

Dayani know they can get to the 30% so both our major backers have now taken their position And we are fully funded for the next 12 months.

The NFC mou expires in the not too distant future so things are definitely primed for some forward movement.

Details of The 8th FYP are also due anytime and if local coal is to be used there really doesn’t seem any logic in delaying things.

BUT as Mr Philbari likes to remind us, Bangladesh is not always the most logical.

In any event, my own opinion is that we should have a much clearer picture before the AGM.

They might have a 30% cap in GCM but theres nothing to say they can’t also acquire a substantial holding in Polo

We should soon see details of Bangla’s 8th FYP which will deal with “energy security for sustained growth”. I’d guess this will tell us exactly if mining coal is firmly in their plans or not.

Dyani already own 30% so they’d only have to buy the remaining 75m shares.

Surely they can do better than £1 Per share.

As announced on 18 December 2019, it was the Company's intention to hold the AGM before 29 February 2020. The Company regrets to advise its AGM has been further delayed and confirms that the Board's current intention is to send out a notice of AGM, to be held before 31 March 2020, shortly.
