Does it not say they are buying direct from Dyani to lower Dyani’s holding and paying for them in Polo shares?

I don’t believe that’s the plan.

I understand there was consideration given to a sell out but the plan now is to get approval and move forward with the project.

And it makes perfect sense for them to complete the polo transaction before the JV
